BOOKINGS
You must confirm your booking by giving your credit card or debit card details
at the time of making the reservation. We do not accept American Express.
ROOM PRICES
The room price is inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and breakfast is included.
PAYMENT
Acceptable methods of payment are either by cash, cheque with a valid cheque
guarantee card or credit card (with the exception of American Express).
If a booking is made on the day of arrival and payment is made by cash or
cheque we will need to see your debit or credit details for security reasons.
Alternatively a form of photo ID can be provided.
If payment has not been made before your departure, unless otherwise agreed,
the amount owed will be debited from your card details.
We do not accept card payment over the telephone unless it is a company
card paying on behalf of someone.
CANCELLATIONS
You must allow 24 hours notice to cancel a reservation
or you will be charged one night’s accommodation per room booked
unless we manage to fill the room.
If you shorten your stay please let us know by 9.30pm the night before
your departure otherwise you may be charged the cost of one nights accommodation
for each room booked.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Rooms are normally available from 1.30pm however please let us know your
expected time of arrival as reception is not manned 24/7. Check in is up
to 10.30pm. We may on occasions be able to accommodate times outside this
period.
Your room must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Failure
to do so may result in additional charges up to the cost of one night’s
accommodation. We may on occasions give prior agreement to a time later
than this.
During your stay you can come and go at any time that suits you, however
please have consideration for other guests.
BREAKFAST
A cooked breakfast is served between 7am - 9am Monday to Friday and between
8am - 9.30am Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays. A self service continental
breakfast may be arranged outside of these times.
NOTE
In the event of malicious, wilful or negligent room or other property damage
we will charge the cost of repairs or amount of any loss including business
interruption losses to the credit or debit card of the registered customer.
