Bookings
You must confirm your booking by giving your credit card or debit card details at the time of making the reservation. We do not accept American Express. We may require a non refundable deposit for large bookings.
Room Prices
The room price is inclusive of VAT and breakfast is included.
Payment
Acceptable methods of payment are either by cash, cheque with cleared funds prior to the stay or credit or debit card (with the exception of American Express).
If a booking is made on the day of arrival and payment is made by cash we will need your debit or credit details for security reasons.
If payment has not been made before your departure, unless otherwise agreed, the amount owed will be debited from your card details.
We do not accept card payment over the telephone unless it is for a business booking by company registered card.
Cancellations
There is no charge for cancellations as long as we are given 48 hours notice (with the exception where applicable of non refundable deposits). If you cancel within the 48 hour notice cancellation period you will be charged the first night’s accommodation per room booked. Failure to cancel may result in 2 nights accommodation being charged where applicable.
If you shorten your stay please also allow 48 hours notice.
Arrival & Departure
Check in is from 3pm however please let us know your expected time of arrival as reception is not manned 24/7. Check in is up to 10.30pm. We may on occasions be able to accommodate times outside this period.
Your room must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Failure to do so may result in additional charges up to the cost of one night’s accommodation. We may on occasions give prior agreement to a time later than this.
During your stay you can come and go at any time that suits, however please have consideration for other guests.
Breakfast
A cooked breakfast is served between 7am - 9am Monday to Friday and between 8am - 9.30am Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Note
In the event of malicious, wilful or negligent room or other property damage we will charge the cost of repairs or amount of any loss including business interruption losses to the credit or debit card of the person who made the booking.
